Paddle boarding is the most accessible water board sport out there and has quickly become a firm favourite in the UK. Where there’s water, you can paddle!

The boards used in your session are my favourite all rounder SUPs, the same model that I’ve travelled around the world with. They’re brilliant in a wide range of conditions, whether that be cruising down long winding rivers, bobbing about at sea or exploring a lake.

Each SUP session is tailored to you. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t paddle boarded before as we’ll go through the basics and only head out on the water once you feel happy and confident to do so. Unlike a lesson, this is an SUP guided session; it’s all about enjoying getting out on the water, relaxing surrounded by nature and forgetting, for at least a while, the stresses of day to day life.

There’s a lot of studies out there that show how paddle boarding is not only good for you physically, but is full of mental health benefits. What better way to unwind than on the water!

About me...

I grew up in the New Forest and for as long as I can remember have loved spending time on or in the water. I spent my teenage years surfing as much as I possibly could. Since graduating in 2012, I’ve worked as a professional actor and musician and was spending a lot of time on tour or in London so I didn’t always have access to the sea, and then I discovered stand up paddle boarding. I instantly fell in love with it and the fact you can pretty much SUP anywhere there’s water.

I’ve since travelled with my paddle board to over 20 countries whilst on a job playing in a rock n roll band on cruise ships. I’ve been lucky enough to paddle the fjords in Norway, the warm bays of the Caribbean, the crystal clear rivers of Croatia and the through ice and snow in the lochs of Scotland. Paddle boarding is my passion and I can’t wait to share it with you!
